SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Shipping:
- Standard turn-around time is 3-5 days.
- Flat-rate shipping cost is $4.50 for accessories or $5.00 for orders containing bamboo products.
- Orders over $45 ship free.
- Shipping times vary. Shipments will usually arrive within 3-7 business days after being shipped.
- In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we will do our best to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address.
- Sorry, at this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon!
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase
- Products are unused and unopened
- Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs
